Purpose of the Job
The Praise Team is looking for interns who love to worship and want to learn about the variety of roles and responsibilities that go into making a great atmosphere for our church on Sundays and at other services throughout the week. The Praise Team Intern will learn about auditions, creating services and setlists, team development, youth and kids worship, production, stage management and many other components.

- Someone who has a relationship with God
- Someone who loves to Worship
- Someone who is interested in learning more about working in ministry
- Someone who is able to commit to weekly rehearsals and weekly services on Sundays
- Someone who is organized and reliable
- Someone who is creative and likes to have fun!
- Someone who has knowledge or background in music
Responsibilities
- Attend Next Steps
- Complete a background check
- Complete a Praise Team Audition
- Music and performing experience
- Create a consistent schedule with Worship Pastor
- Assist on weekends in various areas as needed
- Assist with preparation for weekend services
- Assist with preparation for youth and kids worship services
- Assist with preparation for special services
