New Beginning
One of the greatest gifts we receive from God is a New Beginning!
Each of us has lived long enough to feel regret, wishing that we could go back to that spot and do better or do differently. Some of us carry this more than others as it shows up in the form of guilt and shame. However, these emotions can be lies that trap us in the past of what should’ve, could’ve and would’ve been.
The Good News is that Christ is eager to give us His New Beginning.
Easter fortifies this truth as His Resurrection conquered death. This connects to our marriages, parenting, careers and more. His Resurrection touches our eternal promise and the routines we face daily.
What areas of your life do you desire a New Beginning?
“Jesus said to her, “I am the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
John 11:25-26
Notice Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life that changes everything! When we receive Him into our hearts, our ability and opportunity exponentially grows. Our purpose and our healing can be realized with Christ.
We all have suffered death in the areas of relationships, dreams, hopes, health, peace, careers and more, yet He is the source of our New Beginning! He is the Resurrection we seek, and He is the Life that sustains.
We literally can have something dead live again!
No matter the story or pain and loss, He is our Resurrection and our Life.
This Easter season I encourage you to believe for a New Beginning. Whatever area has died in you or around you, Christ is willing to do amazing things. Our moment is now, our opportunity is knocking at the door; therefore, it’s our choice to open our heart and believe.
May we be filled with courage and strength to move forward in our New Beginning.
Have a great week and I look forward to an epic weekend at City.
Something great is happening!
