Grace and Mercy (2014)

What does God do daily?

Some might wonder if He does something daily, others might be looking for Him but unaware of His workings yet He is moving in our lives!

Did you know the Bible says that He never sleeps He is always watching us, answering prayers and doing amazing things within us. These things may not be sensational yet, they are supernatural, going beyond our ability and beyond our issues.

“Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our Salvation.”

Psalms 68:19 (NKJV)

In Christ, there are daily benefits He gives and they are free.

So what does God do daily I want to focus on two of the countless things He does.

The first one is Mercy. Everyday He gives us “New Mercies” (Lamentations 3:22-23). His mercy keeps us from what we deserve! The truth is, we all need His Mercy everyday that we live. In our hectic routines we need His Mercy; moreover, we need it as we deal with ourselves. This means that no matter how we feel, for better or for worse, He is there with Mercy to accept us and empower us to be changed.

Because of His Mercy we will make it! His mercy speaks to His longsuffering toward you and I as we navigate life in the process of becoming more like Him. He will never give up on us, and He will never leave us as His Mercy connects us forever.

Today receive the Mercy of Jesus!

The second is Grace. Everyday His Grace is given to us (2 Corinthians 12:9). His Grace gives us what we don’t deserve! The Grace of God is amazing as He looks through our weaknesses, seeing our ability, thus empowering us to be more. We all need His Grace daily as it takes the focus off of us and turns it on Him. The human family has a tendency to make everything about themselves but His Grace makes it all about Him. He is the source of all we need. He is the source of our destiny and the source of our greatest opportunity.

Because of His Grace we are receiving daily blessings that are beyond what we have earned or deserve. He is covering our issues and exposing our abilities. He is covering our mistakes and exposing our potential. This is His Grace and because of this we can be changed from the inside out!

Be encouraged that everyday God is moving in our lives.

There is hope for you; there is a New Beginning for you, and it starts with His daily Mercy and Grace!

Have a great week and see you soon! The best is yet to come!
